Wheelchair usage

The items in this group must be collected for individuals who are aged 24 months or older. As this item is concerned solely with the individual’s ambulation status, the type of device is not relevant. Therefore, all items refer to manual or powered wheelchairs or similar assisted mobility devices. These include devices such as a mobility scooter or a stroller, but exclude devices that assist the user in walking (e.g. a walker or cane) or do not support mobility (e.g. a static standing frame).
