Specifies whether the individual is currently using or has previously used a manual or powered wheelchair or similar assisted mobility device due to their neuromuscular condition.
Similar devices include mobility aids such as a mobility scooter or a stroller, but exclude devices that assist the user in walking (e.g. a walker or cane) or do not support mobility (e.g. a static standing frame).
